Discovery Call
A free 20-minute phone or video chat to ask questions, explore your goals, and see if coaching is the right fit. It’s a chance to connect, get clarity, and start the journey with confidence.
First Session
We’ll complete your intake form and define your personal goals. You’ll also have the option to explore an executive function assessment to better understand your strengths and challenges.
Ongoing Coaching
Sessions are weekly or fortnightly and fully tailored to you. Together, we’ll develop strategies, build self awareness, and create systems that support real progress in your life.
