My journey began with breaking barriers:

This mission is deeply personal. I’m the proud partner and parent of three incredible men with ADHD, and I’ve witnessed firsthand both the challenges and the brilliance of living with a neurodivergent brain.

01. Discovery Call

A free 20-minute phone or video chat to ask questions, explore your goals, and see if coaching is the right fit. It’s your chance to connect, get clarity, and start the journey with confidence.

02. First Session

We’ll review your intake form and define your personal goals. You can also choose to explore an executive function assessment to better understand your strengths and challenges.

03. Ongoing Coaching

Sessions are weekly or fortnightly and fully tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll develop strategies, build self-awareness, and create systems that support real, lasting progress.
