About Me

Suellen Tomamichel is a qualified counsellor, leadership graduate, and coach with
a passion for helping people thrive especially those navigating neurodivergence.
She holds a Diploma of Counselling from the Australian College of Applied
Psychology (ACAP), Diploma Community Services as well as a Certificate IV in
Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD). Her professional foundation is
further supported by qualifications in Visual Merchandising and Retail
Management.

Suellen is a graduate of the Loddon Murray Community Leadership Program and
brings over two decades of small business experience in retail and hospitality to her
coaching and advocacy work. Known for her grounded, strengths-based approach,
Suellen combines deep listening with practical strategies to help clients build
confidence, clarity, and connection.

Awards and Achievements

She has served in numerous community leadership roles, including as a Swan Hill Rural City Councillor, President of the Murray ACE Board, and as a two-time candidate for Victorian State Parliament. Her contributions to business and leadership have been recognised with awards such as the Victorian Business & Professional Woman of the Year (1995) and the Victorian Small Business Award (1996). Today, Suellen works at the intersection of neurodiversity, mental health, and personal growth offering coaching, training, and advocacy for individuals and workplaces. Her lived experience as a neurotypical partner and parent to family members with ADHD uniquely positions her to help bridge understanding and connection between neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals.
